Computer Viruses and Malware
Every effort is made to ensure this site is computer virus free. However, you should take all reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for viruses and malware.
We offer full refunds for goods faulty when delivered. In such instances Adepafie must be advised within three days through our contact us on our website or call our customer service number prior to return stating:
- your name
- the damage
- your full contact details
A returns authorisation number will be issued and no return goods will be accepted without this reference. All returns must be in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued when goods are received and checked.
Accuracy of Contents, Mistakes and Omissions
We have taken great care to make sure that all information provided on this website is the most accurate and useful to the best of our ability. However we cannot take any responsibility for any genuine mistakes or omissions and any unintended damages of any sort.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery to Accra, Tema, Central, Eastern, Western, Northern and Volta regions will be by courier or intercity passenger car and will incur charges. A signature or mobile number confirmation will be required for all deliveries. Redelivery of orders may incur additional charges.
Payment may be made by valid Mobile Money, Visa or Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Cedi. By using your Mobile Money, Credit or Debit card to purchase goods you warrant that:
- you are the legal owner of the Momo account, Payment Card and the details of which you have provided on the order are correct and valid
- you are in the possession of your, Mobile account and Payment Card at the time of ordering and you have not misplaced the Mobile phone or Payment Card, nor has the Mobile or Payment card been stolen or cancelled
- you have sufficient funds on the Momo account or Payment Card quoted in order to complete the purchase
- the order you are placing is a bona-fide order which you have every intention of completing
we will contact you from time to time requesting a review of the product/s and service that you purchased. You can opt out of these after receiving the initial review request.
We appreciate that we are dealing with sensitive and very private information, and the security of this information is of the utmost importance to us. We are committed to safeguarding such information and personal details are kept secure and confidential and are never disclosed to third parties without your permission.
We do not keep any details of Momo accounts, credit or debit cards on our servers as all such transactions are dealt with directly through the banking system.
